Camaro + Hitch + Cargo Carrier

Looking into getting a hitch and cargo carrier. Has anyone actually done that before?

Need to do this so I can bring my racing tires around with me. 1 in wheel well, 1 trunk, 2 on cargo carrier.

Thinking of getting this hitch:

Everything should fit based online specs but haven't tested it all yet. Need about 12 inches from hitch pin to the cargo basket to clear the rear bumper.

Only issue, is I think the cargo basket will be directly in the stream of the exhaust.

Has anything tested this by chance?
