hey just trying to confirm, the header to cat connection is a 2.5in gasket? and is just a normal circle opening and oval shape gasket right?

Which headers? Most have a 3in collection pipe to 3in cat or offroad pipe. It reduces to 2.5 at the catback end.

One more question, I have stock headers and jba mid pipes, can some one post a link to where I can get the gasket I need that goes between those like the actual link to the gasket just wanna make sure I get the right one

GM parts direct or the dealer, should be pretty easy to find a part number either way.

I have the JBA mids as well. I used these since i didn't like how soft the gaskets from JBA were and I didn't trust that the stock gaskets would work.

From Summit Racing: Part number - WLK-31337.

My gaskets are holding up just fine and no leaks with 3000+ miles on them.
