Make sure to slap your dipshit, useless salesperson. One of the first things I show my customers when I deliver one. Jesus!! Maybe that's why I get awesome surveys and people take the extra time to leave me 5 star Google reviews.

Petrol Head - For me - this is my 3rd late model Camaro - you seem to know about your car as well so I did not spend a lot of time him except to let him show me a few things before I took off. I did not mean an insult to you.

Maybe the OP knew about his car or not but but with this question I would say probably not nor his fault. When we bought both our Camaro's in December, my wife sat in her very 1st new car and let the Sales Guy explain everything to her once we finished her paperwork so she could learn all about her car (she never paid any attention to my other 2 Camaro's - go figure) while I completed my paperwork.

Not sure how much time the OP spent with the sales guy but it looks like they short changed him with the explanations he needs to know - thats why he's here

Blue T indicator on dash?

Went through here to learn somethings hate reading instructions so manual kinda the same. Figure i’ll learn it all eventually.

Bought it used it’s a 2018 1ss. So salesman didn’t know jack.

Been through all the driving modes and just leaving in different modes for a week or so to figure out what I like for daily driving (track mode was 1st week). Never noticed the indicator before.

Been through all steering modes also and read up on how to turn off all the nannies.

No mag ride or npp. Not features i was really looking for.

Chose this over a 19 2ss with mag ride and i’m guessing NPP as it had quad tips for same price.

My last car (2016 mustang gt) had alot of upgraded features. And didn’t really use or appreciate.

This was more base but previous owner added a AWE touring cat back, lowered and sway bars, wider wheels and tires and a pro charger. All things i’ve bought for all my previous cars minus the pro charger.

Thanks all for the feedback, much appreciated.

Aw, c'mon arpad_m, please don't judge us all as a group because of a very bad joke by one Cali member. You seem better than that.

Haha, sorry bud, I forgot to stuff in a couple of smileys, it seems It's not just one member, but then again, no judgment from me, it was just a little taunt in jest.
I also figured there would be some friendly blowback, given the reputation of New Jersey across the nation

No insult taken. I just didn’t really want the salesman in the car feeling like I’m wasting his time because I’m the kind of person who will just start playing with stuff. There’s a lot of rabbit holes you can go down with the menus in this car and most modern cars. If I go down I might find something I like playing with. He could have been in the car with me all day

I switched the driving mode to sport and it turned to red S. I think that’s why I didn’t notice it before as the red icons blend into the rest of the dash

If you didn't know you can also switch the steering/suspension/exhaust modes independent of each other via the infotainment screen.

Found the steering. Don’t have NPP or exhaust modes
