What Should I Do With the Stock Exhaust? Any suggestions?
Hello,
When I purchased my 2019 Camaro SS it came with the Quad NPP/AFM Performance Exhaust which was an upgraded option costing roughly $900. I eventually installed an aftermarket exhaust system. What should I do with the stock Quad NPP/AFM Performance Exhaust? Are there any places or anyone that will buy it? Should I just scrap it? I appreciate the feedback. |

It’s probably just scrap today, but in 25 years when there is only Tesla’s on the road, somebody restoring one of these illegal IC engine will probably pay big money.
I think I need to go spin Red Barchetta now, on vinyl of course |

OP, I'd stow it away in the basement or somewhere, time after time people who need these for smog in certain states (hint, hint) show up in the classifieds, and you could get some money back instead of just scrapping it.

I hung mine from the ceiling in the basement in case the new prospective owner/dealer isn't fond of AWE.

Great advice! Thank you! I think I'm just going to hold on to it and maybe someone will purchase it later. I appreciate it!

If your aftermarket exhaust makes use of the NPP valves then you can get the full $900 out of the option lol

If the system doesn’t have the secondary cats on it, it’s probably worthless. If you have space then you can always keep it.

I traded stock NPP for a non NPP Borla S type and gave the guy $400 extra. He wanted my stock setup on his 700hp car. So we were both happy pappys.
