You should still feel a noticeable difference in the steering with the M6. The wheel becomes heavier in sport mode.
If you have an A8, the shifts hold a higher RPM.
If you have Bose, the speaker's will pump fake sounds to the cabin while under a load. I can definitely tell the difference in each feature, and honestly all of this information is pretty much outlined in the owners manual.

You can alter the steering independently of the drive mode if you'd like. And yes, the throttle response will still change in the M6.

Hi guys,
Can someone please help out this older 2.0 driver? I can't find the engine sound enhancement controls.....I have Bose. Slow time - simple - instructions or the page number in the manual. (2017).
Thanks

It's on page 145 of the Owner's Manual (2017).

Makes a huge difference on A8.
ice mode leads to a delayed gear switch and reduces throttle output.
Sport stiffens the steering up, surely (not sure if i noticed a changeee in exhaust notes, but def got a better 0-60 on it)

18 seems to be unique it only came in ls trim. The performance mods affects the throttle response ever so slightly, steering is a bit less amped in touring, haven't tested ice and snow but it probably affects downshifts on m8. If you added a throttle chip the sport and tour modes will be enhanced on throttle response. more noticable. Other than that the ls is pretty bland w/o some intervention. With the throttle chip on sport +, I prefer touring mode for the easier steering.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately - it doesn't seem to of changed anything. I have a beautiful exhaust tone to hear from my axle back Flowmaster American thunder mufflers.
However I will concentrate harder to see if things do change as I grow more accustomed to it.

Just an fyi.. when I replaced my speakers and added subs, you get an amplified exhaust note at different volumes and acceleration. After a little research I was told to remove this plug from the amp (Non-bose). Havent heard it since and the system has been fully clear of any interference.
