When you get to it I'd love to know how easy it is to use on the fly etc. And if it can display with the HUD. Thanks

Let me know how this works out. I've been looking for something like this. I'm curious as to how it looks on the factory display. Like how big the font is, and if the chosen display/measurement will stay there until I decide to switch it. Someone post some pics with one of these in use.

I'll try and get some pictures but it uses the font size in the stock setup. And there are 8 different pages you setup with what you want. If you put it in page one it stays until you changes it. You use the door lock to go between pages. I hope that helps

I just configured mine, got it in today. Only have 3 pages set up. Will plug it in this weekend as the radio is apart right now for upgrade. Each page is like a different profile. So for one page i have 4 outputs set up for the hud like rpm, speed, spark timing, knock. Then the dic i have oil pressure, fuel pressure, IAT instantaneous hp. One profile i have lateral gs 60ft 0-60. 1/4 like times and stuff. Tons of stuff to choose from. I also set up an audible alarm for rpm limit to see if i like it. Very easy to use. Just picking a selection from a drop down menu.

Maybe once i get the car back together i'll do a video of setup and what it looks like on the dash so everyone can have a better idea. There's also 2 lines you can display for the radio but i have all those blank as i don't want anything on the radio plus it is going to be a pioneer so i doubt it will work anyway

I have wanted one of these for a while. I use my Android head unit for fuel trims, trans fluid, engine oil temps, etc...But getting it into the DIC would be great. But I hate the early DIC's as they age the interior, imo. Lame monochrome color in 2010? It's nearly identical to the one in my Chevy Cruze...then again, so is my steering wheel. The later model year got them nice colored DICs.

Anyhow, sorry for getting off topic. The main concern I have had about the Dashlogic/Dash Control is that I am always seeing them for sale in the classified sections. That has me curious if they cause issues.

I've had mine since '14 when they first came out. BE ADVISED Palmer made a major change bg with v1.17 for the '14 Mylink because the '14 and '13 Mylink handle DIC and HUD text displays differently and that affected how it works with '13 Mylink causing the DIC to freeze !

I've tried every version since and have always had freeze problems. Sucks for us with a '13 Mylink. I reinstalled v1.15 and NEVER had another freeze problem but ...ALSO every once in a while it creates a canbus interference problem that reduces the e-power steering and produces a DIC warning message. For that reason I unplugged it and only use it every now and then for a limited time/just one drive to check certain readings.

See this thread for more info https://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=508443

Just think about all that info that is stored in your cars computer.

If your ever in a serious accident there is no point in trying to fudge the truth they can pull all the data that this toy can.

Pretty cool toy though for under $300.00
