I'm confused, are you going to have a tank that fits under the truck trunk carpet?

What are you doing with the trunk carpet? Do you want to sell it?

Its not a big deal if it fits now. Like I said all the people building tanks for years(PNR, Outlaw, and Rhodes) told me that a shallow will never seal correctly unless you use that billet 110.00 lid. Complete street .. I did look and to hard to talk to and still under 5 inches tall. I'd rather not risk it and keep the tank taller.

Pump mounting!

The driver's rear fender well where the muffler valving is was the best option for the stewart since it's so big. It would of fit on the crash support between the diffuser and support but it would of been hard to drill and mount with out removing the diffuser.

Got off the phone w stewart pumps and asked about hooking up. The red and black got to battery and the violet wire goes to key in power. A 30amp fuse on red between pump and battery no need to use a relay it's built in he said.

Haven't decided if I'll have someone weld AN fittings on the pump or if ill just got to Autozone or Orileys and get some gates hose that have pre-molded elbows.

Yes, I made my own pump brackets not about to pay 100 plus bucks from prospeed or other shops.

Are you worried about the exhaust heat right there? I would be. I have the same pump and that's not how mine is wired. I have the 30A and ground going direct to battery, and the trigger wire tied into my stock HX pump wiring.

From the Stewart manual.

This is a pic that Stephen Scheidig messaged me when he got the car back from katech. If its good enough for katech it's good enough for me.

Mounting the pump in the Trunk wheel well wasn't an option unless I elevated the tank. It would of worked but then the pump would of stuck out of the carpet aswell. Now the Davies Craig 150 would mount under carpet.

That's how i was going to set mine up maybe I wasn't clear. 30 amp fuse on battery pos. Red wire. Black to battery neg. And the violet wire to a fuse tap to a 40 or 30 amp on the fuse box. Not sure why I need to go to intercooler pump as a power on.

Hose routing..

Motor to rear..

Removed the front drivers fender wheel lining. Came up through a hole just under master cylinder to blower. Down through fender crosses out right where you would install lift pads to the rocker panel slots. Hose runs in the rocker panels channel's and comes out in the back along the gas tank then over the axel in a cut out. Will have more pics when hooked up.

That's a nice pump.I ended up going with a stock pump and a relay because of noise. I heard a lot of people say that the Stewart pump is loud.

Thanks, my exhaust and tires are so loud and since its near the exhaust I doubt I'll hear it.

Cool stuff!!!

Not criticizing, or anything like that, but did you secure the hoses with some Adel clamps or anything with the hoses running through the rocker molding? I've heard comments from other people saying how surprising it was how heavy hose and water was.

Eager to see more. Thank you for sharing.
