I have country road with two 90 bends in it. Everytime I go thru there, I have purposely tried to push it hard. And yes the car pulls power on the hard G turns on its own.

I am interested to see how this car drives with eLSD... with minimal upgrades and only about an extra 80 rwhp, my car is noticeably more difficult to control when I drive, even with brand new PS4s ... how the hell are you guys managing this car with 800 and 900rwhp?

I could be wrong, but that very much sounds like traction control pulling power. These cars should be able to spin the tires at low speed/ WOT with some steering angle present. I drive in Comp mode a lot, and a stab of the throttle at anything below 60 mph sends me into the other lane. My car has a few bolt ons, but isn’t making that much more power than stock.
Like someone else said, turn off TC and see what it does. Just be careful if you’re not used to controlling oversteer, doing burnouts, etc. |

Thanks everyone for all the input. Cold and rainy this week but I'll get out there and test the TC soon. I'm sure that's what it is.

This sounds very much like what I've experienced on track when I left traction control on. At that time, on the way out of a corner, traction control always kicks in so it cuts power. When the car is almost straight, it starts to pull very hard all of a sudden, which is annoying and bad.
After I learned more about driving on track, I tried "Competition Mode", which disables traction control. A huge difference! I can gain much more control of power by modulating gas pedal and a lot of improvement of lap time. Not sure if your car has PTM but if not, definitely try the "Competition Mode" next time! |

Hogman, I've been driving around with traction control off a lot recently. With TC off, it no longer delays before accelerating when I turn onto the on-ramp, and it feels more responsive in general. Have you done any testing yet with TC off?

If you just turn off traction control you should get a little more slip angle before the stability control kicks in. The TC program will sense too much slip and cut power but if you turn off TC only and leave the rest of the nannies on then you will enjoy it more. It will let you spin the tires at will but only pull power and apply the individual brakes at each wheel to straighten things out if you get sideways (yaw sensor) too much.

I get it as well only on high G load right turns. Sometimes it will sputter almost like it's running to rich or just buck like it's running out of fuel even when the tank is full.
Super annoying and unsettles the balance of the car at the worst time. |

Its timing cut for traction. Same system they use in the GTLM Corvettes.

This is almost certainly a traction control intervention. It's not a problem, it's a feature, and I wouldn't suggest turning the nannies off on the street: you may have a really bad time. If it's cutting out that hard, most likely you were risking putting the car into the wall. With the ZL1 you have TONS of torque down low, and with the steering wheel cranked into a tight turn, and the tires not hot and sticky, this is not at all surprising. Heck, I have to be gingerly on the throttle in my SS 1LE with 200 BHP less than you, unless I'm at the track and the tires have been warmed, in which case the car puts down power really well.
