yeah i didnt put down the deposit until I saw the email from the district manager to the dealership manager. I have an order number too so allocation-wise, I don't think they are lying to me. But I dont understand why it takes so long for gm to pick up the order and build the car

Glad to hear! Then it must be a GM issue with picking up the order. I can't understand why they make this such a difficult process when there are cars available south of the border?
At this point you're better off getting it in the spring when you can enjoy it. you will just lust for driving it if you have to stare at it in storage all winter!

My order is over 130 days old and still in 1100 status with a build #. No worries I was told from the beginning because im in western Canada that it may be a spring 2019 order...im ok with that but a TPW would b nice.

You want get a TPW until it moves from 1100. 1100 doesn't even mean GM has picked it up yet for a confirmed build.
