Brian Tooley Stage 2 cam

I have a 2019 Zl1 Vert I just did Nick Williams 103 Tb
Magnuson 2650 supercharger Brian Tooley Stage 2 cam
Johnson lifters Kooks long tub catless and Borla attack
Dsx fuel kit plugs wires push rods and so on

My problem is the car wants to Jump in the middle of the intersection
When I'm stopped I have 10 speed auto

Has anyone had this issue with this cam
The shop that tuned my car is a very well know Hogh performance
Shop

They said my cam is too aggressive.
If I change my Tourqe converter Im wondering if this will help

I put down 801 on 93 oct and 895 on 100 oct

Others have used that cam without converter change. Is there another shop that could look at your tune. Also, did they do your trans tune? I am going with same cam along( pretty much same setup) and I spoke to BTR and they said it works with stock converter. Stage 3 they said needs a higher stall.

I have a VR stage 2 cam with a 32% fuel lobe. Curious to your specs.

My car does not act like that all.

Do you mean the car wants to lunge forward?
If so then it sounds like it’s tune related.

I have Weapon-x cam with nearly same specs & I have stock converter, the car accelerates from a stop by itself upto 1300rpm.
Ted@JRE told me the big with stock converter causes this & he adjusted it in the tune .

That is a moderately aggressive cam per the specs, but they are not beyond the ability of a quality shop to tune for decent drivability on street.

I had a BTR in my 16 Camaro with 2650 and never had any issues with mine. Actually drove really well. I would think its in the tuning.

They told me from the beginning that is was an aggressive cam and it might have a little drivability. I never imagined this tho...

I believe its in the tune . They are one of the best performance shops
In the Midwest but other have complained about there tunes lately as well.

I will give them the befit as they been straight forward with me on dyno numbers pricing for labor and parts pricing

I will let them try and re tune it and see what happens if not I will try someone else

If anyone is in the Midwest and know of a good tuner I would appreciate it

You may want to call BTR tomorrow and verify what I said before in my earlier post that stage 2 should be OK with stock converter.
