Rock/bug guard for radiators

So I was looking over the H50 today and noticed that there were a lot of bugs stuck in the radiators. Bent fins as well, which could have been done by rocks. Does any body have a source of a guard made of really fine mesh or anything similar that mounts behind the grill?

I've searched and have found nothing, zero, zip, nada.

Radiator guards would be a good idea, I have already had to replace one of my auxiliary radiators.

That's what I'm trying to avoid. You would think that somebody would have some type of screening on the market.

Honda has the same problem, and many people on their sites are inserting the plastic gutter guard or even the aluminum gutter guard sold at Lowe's .....cut it ,zip tie in place and it's virtually invisible and doesn't impede any airflow.

That's a great idea, I'm gonna go get some and try to fabricate something. Thanks.

Well...I went and picked up a roll of plastic gutter guard. I can't get to the radiators! Any way to get in there without taking the entire front end off?

I tried the metal plate that says performance, hood latch is holding it in place. Any ideas?

your not alone, my feeling is GM didn't really think this one through!
There should be an easy way to get to them....
My rad's are like graveyards for bugs, and the only way I've been cleaning them out the best I can is with the garden hose...
I don't dare use a power washer for fear of bending fins.
I guess the only real way to clean tem thoroughly will be by takin front end off... maybe in a year or 2

High pressure air may work well too?

NoviStretch™ Performance Protective Covers work great. Just used mine for the 1,250 mile trip to the 50th Celebration at the plant in Lansing, cars and coffee in Detroit and the Dream Cruise. Easy on and easy off and protection from bugs and stones.
Contact Andy at https://www.novistretch.com/collections/masks
As you can see in the picture, the Sto n Sho license plate holder works with the mask
