Strange/Low Dyno please help

Hey all,

I could use a little help. I've never had a dyno done before and I took my car to the local dyno to get a baseline before adding some mods. The results I got were... disappointing to say the least. Not anywhere near any other dyno for these cars that I've seen. And the curve I was given doesn't look like any of the curves I've seen before.

Car is a 2017 SS A8, I believe he ran it in sixth gear for the pulls. But he was quoting me at 310 to the wheels, at 6000 rpm. Brought up 1200 ft/lbs of torque in 2nd gear. And said it was at 142 mph. It was a Load Cell Mustang Dyno which I know usually gives lower results. But the lowest I've ever seen is 380ish. I feel like maybe my dyno results are not accurate or data was messed up somehow. Here are a few pictures of the graphs he gave me.

I'm pretty new to all this, please help! Thanks.

1060-1200 lb-ft of torque? 310 hp? On a stock 6th gen SS? This feels completely bogus.

Do you or does the operator have reference data from other Camaros on the same dyno? I'm as far from being an expert as it gets, but these numbers just can't be right. The engine is rated at 455 lb-ft and 455 hp at the crank.

Those were my thoughts exactly too. I'm the first and only new model Camaro he's ever done. Let alone an LT of any kind apparently. Mainly an old school LS dude with big blocks. Or Motorcycles. He told me his dyno reads lower than other dynos because of the load cell and simulating real driving conditions. I was like I don't think there is a 145 HP loss from crank to wheels, but he said that sounds about right for his dyno. I might need to drive a bit further for another dyno. The numbers and graph just didn't make sense to me.

ya thats not right. you need someone who has tuned many LT motors to get it right. Go to a shop that mainly tunes GM. 6th is the correct gear to do the pull 1:1.

Get your money back on that dyno pull since something obviously isn't correct with their dyno or computers.

That guys doesn't know what he's doing. Don't take this as any real baseline, him and his Dyno are broken.

Like others said.
Just forget about it and go somewhere else.

It is obvious that the machine and the operator are broken.
