Tip of the hat to Dave, he took the time to speak with me on the phone and seems like a very good guy.

Looking for advice on shipping rims/tires to eliminate any worries of damaging them, as I plan to drive the car home to IL from FL.
Congratulations- make sure u use street tires that helps a lot to smoothen out the ride!

Also- if u are using for street u may not use the spare rotors for years - if u want to sell them I’ll buy

Regarding shipping- there are lots of brokers out there - this one I have used many times they are solid - angel moving auto Direct: 530-245-0481

Took some pics of the current rear tires for est1979 and some items I forgot to mention in the initial post so posting them here as well - specially some rock chips my detailer filled in on the front bumper and the left rear reflector which has been deformed since it was new. Figured I'd get it replaced under warranty when the car needed warranty work or just before the B2B warranty ended, neither of which has happened yet. ZL1s always have rock chips on the sides/etc without PPF but these ones are high on the bumper from road or track debris.

It may shake out soul from you if you DD it in some regions. Recommended to have spare DD like Camry) and it puts some stress on joints of car and drivers spine. I have a track build Subaru for winter fun. But summer setup is harsh coilovers with all metal suspension joints. 100km Home to track and back on that car can really do some pain) But zle should be not so brutal as a race car.

Checked with OP and see you just delivered the payment.

Congratulations! It's a fast car.

I hope it sees plenty of track time.

Want to say thanks again to Dave for the amazing experience, was super friendly, helped me with everything, the car was perfect, even picked us up at the airport.

Car is amazing, can't say good things about it - the wife rolled her eyes (so it's a good purchase).

The ride isn't near as bad as I imagined and is basically what you would expect from nice coilovers.

tip of the hat to Dave, wish I could meet more people like him!
