Not many are rocking a sleeved 427 because it's not needed to make more power then a street will hold. Stock displacement LT stuff has been 1000+. The price difference between a 376 and 427 will cover most of the driveline upgrades needed to handle the power.

I've looked around and haven't found a camaro rocking a 427 Darton so I was hoping someone here had experienced it, and the maintenance with a car like that.
I'm running a Darton sleeved 427 but I'm still NA for now. As far as maintenance it's just like a regular stroke motor. With your setup you're going balls to the wall it seems so anything that is stock is more than likely going to break. I see you're going to have a meth setup. Is that for fueling or to keep things cool? Meth for me is a big no no as you can't trust it if it's to help with fuel delivery. Port injection or straight Direct injection would be the only two ways I'd fuel these cars.

I know Swanson that currently holds the Gen6 Camaro Et record runs a Rankin A8 and launching it in 2nd and believe he's also running a Circle D converter. I think he's in the 1150 rwhp with a Maggie 2650. Complete with DSS Axles and DSS Chromoly DS. Not sure on the Diff but I think its a SS.

As I have understood, we're going for Meth for Cooling, as The heat here in south Texas is spicy

If you don't mind me asking, who'd you have your engine built by?

Well Greg, I'd say that, based on mine and your experience, if Swanson is on a SS diff, it's definitely on borrowed time!
