What is needed to bolt up Holley High Ram?

Finally pulling the trigger on the high ram. Got myself a new hood and understand what needs to be cut. Looking for info on what exactly is needed to hook up brake booster, catch can, map sensor etc. any help would be appreciated.

use 2 hose BARB fittings on the rear.

- 1 hose will run under the manifold and use a T fitting to the evap solenoid and to the catch can.

- 1 hose to the booster line (Be sure to use the check valve used in the oem line)

there should be a spot to bolt the map sensor on the back as well

Did you cut the hood yourself? I have a stencil but I’m not %100 happy with it.

Yea, I cut mine with a stencil that I got from Facebook. What didn’t you like? Just the way it came out or the stencil itself?

Got one here that I’m building. It clears with room if you don’t run a 1” spacer. With the 1” spacer there’s very little room between it and the hood.

sheeesh. you're not that far away, i need to stop by sometime. the hood issue is what has been holding me up on a hi ram. it would be nice to see what's involved in person.

are you using the taller of the 2 vfn cowl hoods?

It’s the max clearance one, which is a 4” cowl. The only difference between that one and the regular 4” cowl they’ve got is the back of the hood on the engine side, the middle has some material there, where as the max clearance doesn’t. But ya, I you want to you can stop by anytime.
