1LE Pricing Question HELP

I orderd a 1LE with the following options:

2SS/RS
NPP
Nav
Racaros
Summit White

MSRP $45, 390
Destination $995

Total $46,385

The dealer showing a invoice W/DFC price of $44, 997.91 and another price labled as
"Supplier W/DFC $44, 256.01" (the price there offering me before rebates) which includes the destination charge.

So the total would be $44, 256.01 less $500 GM rebate less $750 Credit Union rebate Less $100 rebate form emailed me from the dealership, less any car show insensitives.

This brings the total without a car show incentives to $42, 906.01.
maybe 500 to 1000 dollars less with car show incentives and possibly a thousand dollar website rebate if I'm lucky.

Is this a good deal???

You will likely only be able to use one incentive (ie: car show or website), not both. I don't believe incentives can be stacked.

Seems legit. Recaro rebate though? Not sure what you mean.
That is before taxes and title correct?

Is employee pricing the lowest ?
Not familiar with all the different terms like: "invoice" vs "MSRP" vs "cost" vs "retail" vs "employee" etc.

I have been offered employee from a friend at GM, will that be my best price ??

Recaro rebate was a type-O...my bad.

Yes still have to add 7.25% sales tax... and $100 title

No, there is no "lowest" price. Pricing isn't regulated, Dealer could sell it for. $1 if they wanted to.

Honestly you should be able to get at least invoice price before incentives or rebates. I was able to negotiate $700 under invoice on my 2014 1LE. Out of the 7 dealerships I contacted 5 of them were under invoice (from $700 to $120 under) one was right at invoice price and the highest was $380 over invoice. If you don’t want to negotiate then just join Costco, its $55 bucks and they have a pre-negotiated price for the 1LE that is also $700 under invoice. I didn’t know what the Costco price was before I contacted the dealerships near me but I also wanted to see how well I could do on my own. In the future I think I will just use the Costco program at least when I buy a GM car. I didn’t manage to get a private offer from the Chevrolet website but I was able to use a $750 USAA discount and my GM card earnings on top of it for a very nice deal.

Would dealer invoice price be lower than employee pricing ?
How do you find out what the dealer invoice is ??
Thanks !

You can find invoice pricing on most of the car research websites like Edmunds.com, KBB.com, and Truecar.com. I know preferred pricing is above invoice I am not sure if it is exactly the same as employee pricing though. I believe that it is but GM employees also get an additional vehicle discount allowance on top of the preferred pricing. (it works exactly like customer cash) You will have to compare the employee price to the invoice you can obtain from the websites I mentioned above and take into account the Costco price which last I heard was $700 under invoice.
