I call the dealer and they ordered it for someone but it came in and an automatic and he refused it. Sounds like they ordered him a 1le but they didnt have the correct allocation so they changed it to a zl1 and no one noticed that it was changed to an auto.

So because if the screw up, they don't want to sell it, they want to try to dealer trade to get their customer a manual.

I talk to my dealer and this is where I will shorten this story a LOT, we are dealer trading my order, my allocation for their car on the ground. The key thing came is that my allocation CAN be a 1le so the Hamilton dealer can get their customer exactly what he wants and I get a car now rather than waiting for who knows how long.

So next week, I should have this one:

It has a couple things on it that is making it more expensive than what I had ordered (Outdoor cover, Nav and carbon fiber fuel door). I will try to sell the two things I can and the nav is a nice to have for resale. Plus my dealer is giving me money off MSRP so make up for it.

Going up today in the rain to have a looksee.

ZL1 1LE only come via transport they’re too low for the train ramps.

Btw check your front splitters, mine came with this.. and 0 protection on a $100k car besides tape for the gas cap

I’m pretty positive the front bracket is included as right now it’s the law. I also requested the front plate not be installed on my car. Make sure you post pics when you get it.

If your state requires a front plate bracket it will come with the car. You can request that it not be put on. By the way you paid $40.00 for that bracket. It should be on your option list.
