Zl1 1le front driver clicking noise

2018 Zle 18500 miles, having an loud click noise that can be heard in the cabin. Low speed bumps, slow turns, non rotational. tried tightening the sway bar endlinks, plenty tight already. I have read a few people having the shocks replaced under warranty, called Chevy but they can’t get it in until May 5th. Anybody have any recommendations? If its something I can tighten for the time being I would like to autocross over the next two weekends, or at the least be able to drive the car without worry.

take wheel off clean hub and wheel mounting surfaces (use a flat stone where possible) and put wheel back on and re-torque to spec. If that doesn't fix it take it to any shop that does safety inspections and have them check the ball joint and strut. If you were close to nh I would do it for you.

I will give this a shot later this week, I was able to rock the car on the fender slightly and sounded like it was at the top of the strut, I tighten the top bolts down with no luck, guessing its a bad strut

Check the struts - i had both fronts come "loose" - replaced under warranty.

Grip tire firmly and push in/out.

The other cause is front sway links - there is another post about that in detail.

Anytime I've had a clicking on my car, it was the tie rod.

It’s the lugs and the rotor hat surfaces. As said remove the wheels and clean the rotor surface where it faces the wheel. Then put back on and retorque the lugs.

make sure when you are tightening the sway bar end links to have a 6mm allen on the stud as you could feel the 18mm nut is tight and it isn't. If you did it this way then fine. 1/16 of a turn loose will cause a clunk.

I had a clicking noise from the right front. I was sure it was an end link. Took it to the dealer and it turned out to be a bad supercharger belt. I did not believe it, but the dealership replaced the belt and the noise disappeared.
