Maybe a dumb question, but they did send out the TCM to hp tuners to unlock it right?

looking at the commanded shift RPM is pretty much pointless since the A8/A10 shifts off commanded MPH. The RPM has very little influence on the shifts even though I do prefer to match or set it slightly above the shift MPH.
