He's referring to a wing I believe. Spoilers redirect air for better down force. Wing generates down force.

It depends on the car and the design of the spoiler, either one can look cheesy to me.
I hated the one they stuck on the 4th gen Camaro with the RS package.

Here is a good article about spoilers vs wings/airfoils.

If the roofline is taller (it appears to be), and I would assume the front seats go nearly all the way to the back seats, you will be fine. I would imagine that the interior will lose very little size compared the the prior model. It may even feel bigger inside with a higher roofline and better visibility

If someone regularly needs a back seat, modern coupes probably aren't the cars for him/her.

I like the small one on the new GT350. I don't like big wings either.

A lot of people like them, just a matter of taste. I think it's such a staple of the import crowd (and wannabe import crowd) that they have a bad stigma.

For me, not worried, I can't remember the last time I didn't have an aftermarket/upgraded spoiler on one of my cars. One more fun thing to choose....

I don't mind the wing. If it looks stupid but works, it isn't stupid.

Muscle cars look cool with them. Why not? As long as they're not shopping cart handles.... my favorite is the 69 Hurst/Olds. But I'm a bit biased as I have one.
