New member zl1 1le
Good day all,
Joined recently with a zl1 1le. Was driving a torch red 2017 GS but couldn’t help myself when this came out. Hoping to learn a thing or two here. |

I am definitely interested in your thoughts on handling differences. Especially when it comes to rear-end stability and damping.
From all I know and from my experience with C5 and C6 Z06's , the rear end loved to try to snap oversteer and liked to get a little unsettled when upset mid-corner. The front-end was always better than the rear-end on the Corvettes. |

TRz06,
The c7 was a grand sport, a bit underpowered compared to the zl1 1le, it did feel well planted but you could feel the rear end jerking a bit over 140mph, the zl1 1le deff feels more stable all around. I did pick up the car from Starling in Orlando. Thanks, everyone. |

I think it comes down to the multi-link rear VS the leaf spring rear in the Corvette, as well as the DSSV shocks. The rear-end stability has always been Corvette's achiles heel. |
