Hey I am new to this website so I just wanted to meet some people in Arkansas or around the world with Camaros. I have had my imperial blue 2lt w/ white hockey stripes since july 24 and I LOVE it! Where is everyone from?!

I'm from Kirby, AR-go to school in Arkadelphia and I drive an imperial blue w/ white hockey stripes!

Hi folks, I just recently bought my new 2011 Red Jewel 2LT/RS Camaro while I was waiting for my 2005 Dodge Neon SXT to get fixed. The right lower ball joint retaining device fell off and the wheel assembly flopped! So much for the "27 point front end inspections" that I have been paying for over at Tim Parker Dodge in Hot Springs when I've had my Neon's oil changed every 3000 miles since September 2005! Luckily I wasn't going too fast when it happened and all I did was slide over onto the right shoulder of the road. Right then I decided that it was time for a new ride, and after test driving the new Camaros (both the 2SS/V8 and the 2LT/V6) while I was checking on the repair progress on my Dodge, I just HAD to get one! I chose the 2LT/RS because of the gas mileage the new V6 LLT engine gets. 312 HP is more than enough for me, and the better gas mileage will be a blessing since I plan use her to commute to/from work - 70 mile round trip. I live in Langley, Arkansas, which is just a few miles down the road from Kirby. So far, all I've added to my new "Jewel" is a set of CoverKing dash & rear deck covers, some polished door sill plates, a set of polished door kick plates, an Airaid cold air intake system, a cheap gold chrome license plate bracket, and a pair of gold-tone chrome plastic door edge protector strips. I am planning to replace the stock exhaust with an "axle back" system that will improve the exhaust flow and make the car sound a bit louder, get the windows tinted, and an aftermarket bass subwoofer system is also in the works to complement the Boston Acoustics premium sound system. Needless to say, I really do like my new Camaro! It's about time GM came up with a new one - and boy, DID THEY! I salute GM and all you folks who have one!
