Haven't had any problems with idiots wanting to race, but as for the rest of it -- slow pokes in left lane, cell phone yappers, idiots cutting you off, etc. that happens around here all the time.

Ok, deep breaths. I fully agree with all you said, and yes the world is full of JAs who do these stupid things. But don't completely stress yourself out over it, its just they way it is. Be glad you have an awesome Camaro and know these weenies know it and are jealous.

That is the advice I give myself when I get infuriated by them...

I laughed at all of those but you forgot the most annoying one to me. Your freaking turn signal is to tell those around you that you are slowing down to turn. If you have already come to a stop in the middle of the freaking road there is no need to turn on your freaking signal at that point. I already know you are an idiot turning. Also, slow down AFTER you get in the turning lane.

80 mile round trip every day to and from work on I-75. I loathe that road for all the behaviors described here and more. There are days I find it immensely frustrating.

I have heard American drivers described as, "belligerent," and it applies, in every city I've ever driven in. That's not to say that applies to the majority of American drivers, but there are enough that it colors the daily driving experience for the rest of us.

The only thing to do about it is ignore it, be the better person, and provide a better example. It will spread.

All the jackassery stopped after I traded my Camaro for the SS Sedan. I have all the fun that comes from driving a high performance vehicle w/o all the unwanted attention. I believe the SS stands for Super Stealth.

The Prius has only two speeds...25MPH or 90MPH. I move over and let 'em go! Ricers...I let them hear my exhaust note when I go by...Match that J-hole! Also, I HATE tailgaters. Don't they know that we can stop 10 times faster than the crapped out _____ (fill in the blank) they drive? I'm glad I take the train to work. Let's have fun out there, but be safe.
