19" Track Tire Options for 10" width wheels

I recently purchased some APEX wheels 19"x10" for the front and 19"x11" for the back. I plan to use them for the track and I'm looking for an Extreme Summer Performance set to go on the wheels. Not seeing many (any) options in the 285/30 option like I want. There are some 285/35 options, but I'm not sure I'm comfortable running different tire heights front vs. back. Any thoughts or issues with this? I've also toyed with running 305's in the front to match the back, but thinking those are too wide for 10" width wheels??

Appreciate any insights or experiences on this front.

so i have been looking at 19x10 19x11 lately and i got told look at what you tires you want to run first before figureing out wheel size

19x10.5 squared you could do 285-305

19x10 19x110 you could do 283-305 front and same for rear

You can get Goodyear G3s in 30ZR19 - 295 and 305 width.

Krops - That is good advice and something I probably should have done more research on before purchasing, however, I wanted to get a bolt on set of wheels that would maintain the most stock-like feel without spacers or shaving of the knuckle. Good to note that 305 is a reasonable option for a 10" wheel.

Carguy55 - Yes, that is certainly an option on my list as well. Right now I have the G3s on the 20" stockers that I can probably get another track day or 2 out of. Thinking of trying something different albeit they seem to be one of the best all around options. I'll be switching to Michelin PS4S' on the stock wheels (eventually) in case I encounter a wet day at the track.

Anyone have experience with Kumho Ecsta V720s? Seem to be the cheapest by far in the 19" size for Extreme summer performance tires. Certainly don't want to cheap out on tires, but could be an interesting option.

I run MRR 716 which are like 11" wide in rear with 285 all around - no issues to date, over 15,000 miles on the combo.

My first recommendation would have been the 19x10.5 square, but I can vouch for running the G3 305/30/20 on the stock front rim on track and I know Sam Strano runs the G3 305/30/19 on his C7 Grandsport 19x10 front rims. Not sure if he has run them on his SS1LE or not.

I have use 295 30 19 square and 305 30 19 square with the g3. I think they are an amazing track tire. Not sure why you would switch? I pulled 1.5g at Barber Motorsports Park with 305 square..tire life
Has been very good..

If I was tracking, i'd run as wide a tire as you can fit.. example, my ZLE wheels have 305 all around.

For a few time trial laps yes, but not if you want to run full sessions.

That was only the 6th 20 min session of 2 separate TNiA events. This was the outside rear tire when it failed and was on the front inside the first event. The toe was out -0.32° when i got an alignment after that event which definitely contributed to this failure, but all of the other tires have minor spots of delamination starting.
