Check the boxes for 7.5 cert cage, racer's package, 350 S/C engine, satin steel paint. That would sure be some fun at Camarofest!

Buy it and yes its more expensive but for sure the 7.50 Cert and if you get a blower car you'll get our 2650 Magnuson.

No option for the 7.5 cert cage, I'm assuming that's what they come with?

If you dont mind me asking, what are they going for buying from GM. I see them on ebay, just curious on the price differences. I would be a player if i could get a vin and tag it or live closer to a track.

Thanks! The options sheet in the email is pretty much only paint and wheel packages. Still need to figure out what to do Russ! The 1LE is going in to have a ton of work done, it will basically be street legal COPO when finished. It's going to be fast, but not COPO fast....

Turn Key builds the cars for GM and I guess you'd have to contact them. Its not cheap but if you just want to run 8.50 or slower that's up to you.

It's a lot of money for a car that can't be registered or driven on the street. Better make sure your insurance company will even cover it. At least you're close enough to go pick up yourself, if you have a trailer.
I had a customer that that was chosen a few years ago and he did not take it because of the reasons above and he realized it wasn't something that could be easily flipped. |
