@Goohead That’s a lot of tire!!! 325/50/15s are approximately 28” tall, like the 305/45/17s. Going up to the 50 series tire on a 17” wheel gets you to a 30” tire...

There’s like a 3-4 finger wheel gap in my setup

I bought the 17x10s for my 18zl1 which were recommended to salesman at discount tire by Weld wheels salesperson but I’ve been having issues since they installed. 1st weights were rubbing on brake pad so they had to move and then now every once in a while the brakes start rubbing in wheel and both weld wheels and discount tire say they can’t do anything about it because I’m guessing wheels always come out perfect and they are correct fitment for this vehicle.

Check out the Weld guide. With the 17x10 you’ve got to replace the lower control arms with BMR pieces. I’d also confirm Discount Tire ordered the correct specs...

I have a question.
I have two sets of rear rims
Apex 17x10 25 offset
Forgestars 17x10 44 offset
Hoosier dbr 28in 305 tire.
I know the forgestars are proven but the apex wheels are nicer and 2 pounds lighter per wheel.

I just need to decide if the 25 et would work

I went for a safe option, I ordered 19x11" ET11 APEX SM-10 Camaro Wheel (in my garage since the apex sale last November) and Nitto triple nickle R2 305/35/19. I should have them in a week, My tuner said with some grip I should be High 9s low 10s in the quarter. More to come. I have been waiting on the Nittos for months now. Per my tire guy 4/11 is the date they should be here. Fingers crossed. I have 625 HP and 590 torque to the wheel.
