GEN 5 2019 Radar Harness

I have been looking at hard wiring a Uniden R3 into my 19 SS1LE using the GEN 5 DIY radar harness. But looking at the picture I have a different mirror. My Onstar and emergency buttons are in the trim overhead, and my rearview mirror is a basic manual dimming mirror. In the picture on the website the Onstar and emergency buttons are in the mirror itself. I am just wondering where I would plug the harness into? Will I have to pull the overhead trim out and plug it in there?

Did you watch the bottom video, you just linked above?

Yes, it'll work, and they walk you through the process. Looks pretty straight forward.
