New guy here with a question on tire fitment. Have researched and really not found a clear answer. I have a 2018 RS and would like to go with a little wider tire on the stock wheels. Should I go with a 255 35 r20 or a 265 35 r20? Not tracking but would just like a wider tire on all 4. Thanks.

You need a 9" wide wheel for 265. Just look on tire rack.

If it is overall grip you are looking to improve, I would also consider keeping the tire size the same and changing the tire type. Going with something like a Pilot Sport 4S would improve grip better than moving to a 265 all season.

I'm also curious what is the widest tire that can be run a 20x8.5 wheel?
