With the current situation on the economy , you would think so , most folks not spending on luxury items . It most likely falls into a supply and demand issue , ZL1 not much in the supply inventory of Dealers, and more demand. If it was the other way around, then most likely there maybe some wiggle room down on the MSRP. Good luck and hopefully Happy Motoring soon for you .

Probably not in today’s world/market. I can’t imagine any dealer selling a ZL1 at a discount. I paid under msrp for mine but that was early ‘21 before the crazy market took over. That said, a ZL1 is a good deal at msrp. Can’t beat it for the price in overall performance.

There's hardly any new vehicle going for under MSRP. The economy is crap thanks to COVID and all the "free" money handed out to businesses and people.

The new standard is either MSRP or $5k over. The ZL1, being the low production vehicle it is, you'll be lucky to find a new one at MSRP. Which they're out there but don't be surprised with a dealer promising you MSRP then charging over MSRP.

Have to agree with most on here. Since we're approaching the end of the Internal Combustion Engine for the Camaro, I'd be really surprised to see people paying under MSRP for them from here on out. If anything they will be AT or OVER MSRP. I got Employee Pricing on my 2023 ZL1, so I paid about 5,000 less than sticker, but that's because my 2022 ZL1 was stolen and wrecked from the plant. That was GM's way of "making it up to me" I guess.

If you have a GM credit card, you can use your points to get $1,500 off. If you find a dealer selling at MSRP, you would be buying under MSRP with the discount.

I have a GM credit card and i used all of my points on my ZLE in August. I think it was a little over $2100 so I had no cap.

Yes, there are different programs on different GM cards. Usually they will allow at least $1,500.

GM Employee discount or Supplier discount is only way you will get under sticker imo. That and the GM card earnings.

100%

I just used my GM preferred pricing code here in Canada and got 4900 dollars off sticker through my corporate work agreement.

Even with the EVs, dealerships are charging over MSRP by at least $5k. I looked into a local Kia dealer that had an EV6 and they wanted $5k over and told me that they are doing this on all EVs because of "low" inventory. They could care less I was ready to pay MSRP in full.

The internal combustion engine is going to be around for decades to come.

Without enough supply and the reality that V8s might not live longer, i highly doubt you can ask into a dealership and expect a discount (only exception might be the pre negotiated GM discounts as shared in the previous posts).

Sure, just negotiate a deal where they don't pay you much on the trade. Then you can post your BOS and gloat at your negotiating brilliance.

Under sticker

Yes. I dealt with Trevor @ Trevor Gibson <tgibson@donohoochevrolet.com>in Fort Payne Al. MSRP minus $75 NO FEES. I flew into Chattanooga on Allegiant airlines and he had someone pick me up. Drove north 1.5 hrs drove tail of the dragon and came back to Florida. It was a fun trip! They don't show any in stock now but I would see what they have coming in.
