BMR Support
Is there any way to actually get in contact with BMR? I've emailed them, called and left a voicemail, and messaged them on Facebook. So far I haven't even received a confirmation email.

You guys were right, Glenn was very helpful! I got a response from him immediately.
Just for clarity's sake, BMR was not slow on this order or anything like that. I just have a competition event coming up that I needed these parts for and was looking for confirmation that the order was being processed. Once I got the parts I had a question about them and when I called I ended up talking to Glenn who was once again helpful. It must have been a fluke that I couldn't get through their phone system the first time. |
