Two questions, does anyone know 100% that these would fit a 5th Gen SS? And I'm not too terribly far from you in PA (19095), would you be willing to meet halfway if they do in fact fit my car?

Wheels yes, they are GM part No. 92197467( which I believe are OE on 2010-15 Camaros ).
Tires themselves are little shorter than stock (depending on wheel/tires combo on your car), so car may sit a bit lower, Diameter, 27.7" Halfway not problem, like Princeton, NJ ? PM me for additional pictures if you want.

It looks like at very minimum to clear 6-pot calipers on my zl1 1le(15.6" rotor?), you need 2mm spacer. For reference, my caliper sticks out about 1 3/4" from wheel mount surface.
[ Picture no. 1] Clearance shown w single washer [ Picture no. 2] 2 washer stack is about 4mm (only thing I had on hand that fit!). {

Yikes, that's pretty tight. I'm not sure if i want to mess with spaces. Ill keep this option open for the time being though. Thank you for your time.
