Installed the 1le spoiler and used epoxy to mount winglets. How to remove the excess?

So i used 3m tape and put some epoxy on the edging part of the winglet. I was trying to clean the excess of the epoxy as much as i can while i was holding it in place. But missed a spot. What is the best way to remove it? I was thinking instead of removing to use black touch up paint and cover it that way. Since the wing is a gloss black. Any suggestions?

If it were me, I’d use a Dremel with a fine sanding wheel to smooth it out a bit (slow speed, light touch). Then I’d hit it with a Dremel polishing pad (higher speed, light touch). At that point, I’d assess whether or not it needed touch up paint.
