If sound is all you're after, this is definitely the way to go. On an otherwise stock car, headers WITH a tune may be worth 10 - 15 whp. Without a tune it's probably a wash whp wise at best.

This...these cars use a torque-based ECU. headers will reach the factory torque limits of the ecu and it will close the throttle some to keep the torque in check. So, you gain nothing for power until you tune.

i dont care too much about the power gain and I don't wanna mess up the AFR or the engine...but it would cause a CEL if i change the headers?
