My 2 front tpms sensors quit, why?

Both stopped broadcasting at the same time, any idea why? Odd both batteries stop same time. I tried using my sensor scan tool and only read the 2 rears in my DR tires.

Do you have resync tool ?

Try to resynch them first, if stilll doesn’t work just replace em.

My front right goes out occasionally completely. After like 15 mins or so it’s back.

Amazon has em pretty cheap.

yes...it couldn't find a signal from either fronts..recognized the rears right away..just seemed odd to lose both at same time

These were new gm sesnsors..Bought 4 new ones when my Weld Wheels arrived. Rear 2 still work, weird both fronts died same time.

I recently swapped off my road race setup for my dd set and forgot to reprogram the sensors before driving it down and leaving at my sons house. A week later the dic comes on showing the tps not working and showing any tire pressure.

Tried resetting it multiple times with my programmer and nada. Going to the dealer tomorrow and since recent shoulder surgery I'll have them change the oil as well. I'm interested to hear why the system isn't working.

If you have aftermarket electronics.. radar detector, phone charger etc. unplug them and take the car for a ride. Electronic frequency interference is a well known cause of what appears to be TPMS failure. IE a phone charger would cause it in my stang.

Before driving the car down to my sons house I had a V1 on the windshield and a charger setup for my iPhone and never had a problem.
Removed the V1 andnthe charger is there, just no phone in it so I'm not sure what caused my issue. One shop thought it could be my tint, but again it's been there a year and no issues. Weird.
