Remove? Or get new cover and fasteners. Sweep the garage today. Than find out LH side missing. RH side hanging. What's everyone opinion!!......

How weird, we just noticed yesterday that mine were both missing, clips disappeared without a trace. I don't recall offroading my Camaro or driving it over curbs...
For now I reordered them (no biggie at $7-ish per piece), if I lose the new ones as well, some other method of attachment will be considered.

We'll see how those fasteners hold up, my car is also 3 years old and has about 12600 miles on it.

I’m not sure what these covers do? I took them off a couple of years ago for my first dyno day…and never put them on again. They’re sitting in my garage somewhere.

Supposedly they protect the paint on lower control arms by taking the hits from road debris or small rocks. They don't seem to be fastened particulary well, as you see in this thread

they provide salt/weather coverage for us that live in the north. I have found when taking fasteners off it's better to put a new one on so I assume at sometime someone had them off unless they are the spread type. The push in style don't hold well after you take them off once or twice.

check ebay or amazon for better fasteners. Depending on clearance, you might also be able to get creative with heavy duty cable ties
