This is fantastic. Chevy nailed both of those greens. A shame they were one year colors.

Krypton Green is my favorite color for the 1LE package cars. Just a striking combination, IMO.

Looks like we don't have any real bright colors other than Summit White these years, I actually enjoyed the striking colors like Yellow, Green, Shock, etc.

At least Vivid Orange and Riverside Blue make it (Hyper Blue was something else though)

There's one around where I live. Every so often I'll see it at Starbuck's if I'm running late for work. Siiick color combination!

There's only a couple of Camaros in my area, and the few that are around are either black, blue, white or silver, so I've never seen the Krypton in person, but in pictures it looks incredible!

I see a RS Krypton in my area every once in a while, it is probably the most eye-catching color out of them all. Hyper Blue would be a close second

It looks great, thank you

Updating it with gm's color swatches is a good move, but IMO shock and garnet red tintcoat (my color) are way off, and even hyper blue looks a bit lighter than it actually is. Not your fault, just saying, some of their swatches look nothing like these colors in real life.

By the way, I wish these colors were all offered at once, it would make the company appear much more professional. You know, a bit like Dodge and its 13 available Challenger colors that span the spectrum for the most part.

Not to mention that seeing the changes all in one place looks like a bit of madness without a method. Or maybe I still haven't gotten over missing out on my '20 RGM by a matter of days at the start of the COVID mess in MAR 2020...

Once production figures for each color by year are available, it would be interesting to overlay the annual production totals on the year/color boxes, with a total number produced for each color in a column at the right or left end of the chart.

EDIT: On the nicknames - although Chevy does not have an official nickname for Satin Steel Grey Metallic (which I like to shorten to SSM anyway), after I first saw a Satin Steel car in a rental lot in 2019, I misremembered the color as Liquid Steel Metallic - so that's my unofficial nickname for SSGM!

Is the Sharkskin Metallic going to be similar to the cement looking colors that other car are using these days? Just curious because i thought the satin steel metallic was a nice color and the cement color just doesn't look as good to me personally.

Hey BumbleBoy,

If you revise the spreadsheet at some point, it might be useful to also add the touch-up paint code as reference, along the GM color code. Might save a few people from searching.
