Dang. Where’d you get those bad boys? I would have also thought there to be lighter and. Cheaper after market options. Would I have thought wrong?

I just wrapped my hood with satin black, replaced my spoiler with a matte black, got a front spoiler that's matte, and I'm looking to do the mirror also, they told me if I got them they could wrap them satin for 100. I'll think of search the net , but here my ride now

what's wrapping vs Cost of used vs painting..
If your a ebay watcher like me blk mirrors can be found for 99.00 bucks each.. not sure what wrapping cost compared to that. Pulling them off sand them and now they offer 2k paint that has a hardener in it so they will not rock chip all up. If you know a body shop and not in a hurry and you do most of the prep ask them to spray them black on day that they have a job all ready scheduled you will only be hit labor vs materials. Me I wanted the carbon cover but it looked terrible on light colors so... removed the mirrors thanks to a Lethal's video on removing the door trim., sanded them, cleaned the hell out of them, then used plastic prep like you use on the front bumper or rear bumper, primer, then the Eastwood or other raddle cans with the tab on the bottom that releases the hardener into the paint. turned out perfect. hope this helps. wrapping works to though! but i spent maybe 40 bucks on supplies.

I am seriously considering wrapping my spoiler and mirrors. I think it would look fantastic. My brother in law also is the GM for the local Chevy body shop so I could get them painted for basically just the cost of paint. Not sure which way to go.

Nope, just replaced them with Mosaic Black Metallic Mirrors. Took about an hour to replace them. Not difficult at all!
