I have experience with a few racing seats that have all been very comfortable. The only downside to racing seats is getting in and out of them can be difficult and not the best for a daily, but it does't bother me.

Some racing seats have a lower side bolsters than for easier egress/ingress.

For reference I am 6'1" 190 lbs, so these are the seats that fit me.

I have used the Cobra Suzuka GT, but there is also the Cobra Imola GT which is the same seat with lower side bolsters.

I’ve been looking at the Sparco Ergo for same reason, with removable halo system. It seems to be discontinued tho. Not sure why, it seems like a great idea for dual purpose cars.

i have the sparco qrt in my car only driven with it in my car for a few hours total so far but with the sparco lumbar pad added not going to lie its pretty damn comfy! i also kept the stock seatbelt and 6 point harness
