I have them too. Welker2 inspired me.
I also bought the decal to black out the bow ties. The passenger side flag was my first attempt....it’s a 5 footer. Drivers side came out nice.

Edit: I also applied the blacked out SS logo front side marker. It’s a lil cheesy though at night.
The only pic I have showing it and my new 275/305 Nittos. Springs are next.

I always like those decals and they look great! Modern American muscle look too! I always wanted those but I’ve refrained from getting them because that’s the window they draw a number on when at track events so I wasn’t sure if I put those decals on where they would draw the car event number on. I use the main door windows to avoid overheating myself in the car during events, so I guess the door glass is not where they could put my event number if I put those decals on ... hmmm

Can they just write on them and the marker they use come off without messing the decals up??

So I take it that these decals go on the outside of the glass?

I would say no. I know when I participated in events in the past they used a grease pen/pencil to write the numbers and think it would permanently stain the decal.

Also, wearing a 25mm wheel adapter on my fronts only for that flush/fender look. The rears were spot on without the need for wheel adapters.

Its dirty right now... haven't washed it in a week...

That is exactly what I would imagine on my Camaro

I cant posible see the decal lasting long if you write in it.
As said, it's mounted outside. If you run your fingers perpendicular to the stripes, you can feel how they would tear up. Clean glass good. I did.
Don't drink a few cold ones prior to application...as my passenger side LOL!!

flag decal

Hey Blu Duce,
Can't you just mount them on the inside of the window? take the left decal and put it on the right inside and switch the right decal to the left inside, the only thing is the flag will look glossy because of the glass.should still look good!

The glass available from the inside is only a small portion of the window.
The glass covers the B pillar.

Not to mention if your quarter glass is tinted you’ll never see the flags if they are on the inside.
