Here's shots of my Rhodes 7 1/2 gal. tank with internal pump, which leaves you full access to your trunk. Not that I use it much. From start to finish it would be hard for one guy to complete this in one day. Figure two.

Did you verify that you are logging the correct Manifold Air Temp? There are 2 of them, log them both with key on and disconnect the MAT sensor. The correct one will go to -40 when disconnected. The other one is a calculated value that is normally never very close when the vehicle is modified. I'll post a pull from my Z06 that just happens to be running the same pulley combination that you are.

Here is the start of the pull from a cruise with IAT of 79F and a MAT of 120F
Then here is the end of the pull. It's a reasonable boost level (just touching 20 psi at 6500 before the granny shift to 4th), ending the pull with an IAT of 79 and a MAT 100F. If your system is full of water and circulating I'm thinking you're logging the wrong MAT. Let us know what you find...

No problem, it's an easy check and disconnecting is the only way I've found to make sure I'm logging the right one. That other MAT is a calculation based off conditions of the stock blower to be used as a reference in case the actual MAT sensor fails. As long as the MAT sensor is working the calculation is not used.

That's about what mine hit this morning after a bunch of hits. It pulled less than one degree for a MS at peak MAT with no ice in the tank. I'll repeat tomorrow with ice.

Loaded a bag of ice, did the usual routine and warmed it up, and at 7,000rpm:
coolant temp 178 boost 17 MAT 135 IAT Advance -0.3 Advance 19.8 10 seconds later - MAT - 110F 20 seconds later - MAT - 95F at 75mph

Nice numbers. I wonder? It pulled .3 spark, not much. Not a difference for us not looking for .001's. Are our cars faster with MAT's of 90* opposed to MAT's of 140*? As long as no timing is being pulled, or a tenth here and there, does it make a difference?

Not as much of a difference on E vs gas. Ethanol is chemical intercooling on its own...drastically lowers EGT's.

I'm on the verge of going to E, but I need to order a BBFP which has an eight-week delivery
