will a 2019 1le front bumper and lights fit a 2017 camaro 1lt? Thx

Yes, they will bolt up. Just make sure you match the lamps with the fascia. There are 2 styles of lamps for 2019+. Make sure you get the RS/SS lamps to go with your 1LE fascia.
Also the different styles have some different air deflectors behind the fascia. Depending on which fascia you get for your project, you may have to rework some a bit to avoid interferences.
I am less positive about the electrical connections. I am 66% sure the harnesses will work as well for the lamps and DRLs, but would need to confirm with someone who has more experience on that end around here.
