2650R install issue P2228
I just finished the installed of the Magnuson 2650R kit on my 2018 Camaro SS.
The car will start up and idle fine however there is code P2228 is thrown. "Barometric Pressure Circuit Low". Anyone had any issues with the breakout harness or the IAT sensor? |

Are you starting the car with a stock Tune? Did you do the install yourself? Are you using the Magnuson Canned tune?

I did the install myself, and I'm using the magnuson canned tune for now. Flashed it before I started the install.

Probably should give Magnuson Tech a call and see what's going on. Talk to Mark since he does the canned tunes. You can also send them an Email. That used to be my job at Magnuson from 2018 to 2020. Email first and they should get back to you.

Turns out the new maf connector on the breakout harness did not have all the pin slots fully seated. They were so far down in the connector, it appeared they didn't exist.
It's fixed now and running beautifully. |

That is good news. Do you plan on keeping the Magnuson tune or going to get a custom tune?

I'm planning on sticking with the magnuson tune for a while until I add add more mods. I'm going to need stickier tires first.
