You know I forgot to mention those red seats, they are the best looking that GM puts in the Camaro. For sure 6 psi is just an ittsy bittsy tiny weenie amount of boost. You'll want more later, we are never happy with just a little PSI. Ask my wife.

With that said, this isn't actually too conservative for an LT1 with the stock fuel system and bottom end, the max safe boost on my lowly 2300 is around 7-7.5 psi, your bigger blower is less of a restriction, so 6.5 figures (not sure about the default pulley size for the 2650, I assume it's the same as with the 2300).
It's hard to measure the exact working diameter of the pulley on my car, as its forward-facing flange is not flat, but domed, and there are mounting bolts in the way of measuring. But as I try to measure it, it appears to have a working diameter just under 4.5 inches.

Jim,I too live in Lethbridge. An actual drive to Calgary uses more gas than the return trip. Going to Calgary you are going uphill all the way,the return trip is more downhill. The actual elevation difference is 472 feet higher in Calgary.

Jim, also there is 94 octane in Lethbridge. Go to Mobil gas station on Mayor McGrath by the superstore they sell it there.

Cheers.

Yes, i found it after they started offering 94 octane a few months ago. I have been using the 94 octane since then.
