Be extremely careful when going back with the bolts on the SC to head. I snapped bolt #1 on the second go around sequence at 89in/lbs. I now have a bolt in my head that I have to remove. From my understanding, and something these Catch Can manufactures don't tell you, these are 1 and done bolts on both the SC to head and SC lid. Basically, you are supposed to replace them when you take them out due to them being engineered to stretch. The are around $25/piece for the SC to head bolts. When I get my car back from PPF/Ceramic, I will be pulling the SC to extract the broke bolt and going back with new ones. All I am saying is be careful.

I'm currently searching for the bolts that go from the supercharger to the block. If I find them i'll put up a link here for everyone.

if anyone finds a link to the bolts from the supercharger to the engine block please post it.

as per GM parts direct, it doesn't appear that the supercharger to head bolts are sold separately.

I don't see them labeled here on the diagram.

https://www.gmpartsstore.com/v-2018-...and-components

I think an aftermarket solution is going to be our only way.

I have my performance shop I deal with getting them. $23.90/piece and the Lid to SC bolts are $4.50/pc. I am going to keep looking around but those on the performance side of the industry say that the 30 bolts total are 1 time use bolts. These catch can manufactures need to disclose this information. If anyone finds the SC to head bolts let us know

The dealer could order them. The other thing you could do is take a sample bolt to a specialty bolt place and have them match the bolt.
I did this for my LS6 intake on my 5.3L LS engine. I was surprised when they actually had them in stock.

I’m gonna swing by my local dealership today on my way home and see if I can order them.

I thought about going to a specialty store and match the bolts but I want this catch can job to be a one day install for me. Don’t want to have the car down while I wait for bolts.

$20 for the supercharger hat bolts seems like a reasonable deal. So I’ll probably get them from that link above.

Call me crazy, call me ignorant, call me whatever you damn well like, but to me $20 seems reasonable for the whole set of bolts, not one bolt.

I agree with you dude. But that is the price.
I just got home from my local dealer. Each bolt is ~$26 from them. You can purchase all 10 of the bolts for $290 (after taxes here in NJ).

OR

You can go to GM parts direct and purchase the Intake manifold Gasket kit (part number 12661912). Which comes with the throttle body gasket, and a few other gaskets that we don’t need for this job AS WELL as the 10 bolts that hold the supercharger to the motor for $93.

$100 bucks to replace the bolts is steep but imagine if one of your bolts snaps inside the motor like what happened to Ghost. I’d rather spend the money on the bolts than deal with that headache.

I’m still undecided on purchasing the supercharger cover bolts. I’ll probably get new ones for that since it’s only and extra $20.
