Update: Eraser Wheel worked like a charm. Would have never known about it so thx guys for the heads up. Almost entire wheel was needed to get it all off.

Definitely had to be patient. I stopped every 10-20 seconds and sprayed cleaner to cool things back down. I don't see a way to remove that much material without burning into the clear coat but it was minimal. Had to do a good amount of buffing and polishing to bring things back to normal but i'm satisfied with the result.
