How about some crazy technology like automatic climate control?
I really can't believe the Gen 5 never got this 20th century feature. |

Everybody wants ALL the creature comforts and performance features, but they also want it under 3400 pounds and cost less than $30k.

I am hoping for a push start ignition with the keyless entry. I have it on my Cruze and love it. Cooled seats as well, led lighting, 7 spd manual, future ZL1 with the LT4.

As far as "surprises", I would have to go with future threads like...:
"My V-6 has AFM?!?! WTH????...How do I shut that off?" "Took my V-6 in to the dealer because every time I stop, the damn engine shuts off! wtf?" |

A 500hp LT1. Isn't gonna happen (stock, anyway) but how awesome would that be?! And some kind of lightweight package that doesn't include crap like 4G LTE WiFi that will probably be standard...

Considering the LT1 has AFM, that won't help. But the C7 only uses AFM in Eco mode so that complaint shouldn't be an issue. Also Most start/stop equipped cars have a button to disable it. Question is will you have to disable every time you start the car.

Creature comforts don't interest me. I would gladly give up the creature comforts for more performance at a cheaper price.

I'm willing to have a heavier car if it means I can put my wife and child in it, and enjoy touring around, cross country drives, daily drives to work and have it be as safe as possible, and have great tech features, even if they are a little gimmicky - it all adds weight for sure, but hey, i'm also not throwing down $250K either, so there's that. |

How's about a dome light(s) that'll actually let you see things inside all of the car. Speaking of lighting, the ambient accents of the fifth gen were nice, but if my Christmas led lights can change color, how about giving us the option of changing it whenever we want??
