No spacers on ZLE.

Nope, but they have some air deflector goodies that need to be installed.

Really the primary thing I wanted to prevent was paint damage. I've found a lot of swirl marks, buffer pad damage on trim pieces, etc. during my new vehicle deliveries...some of which drove me crazy the entire time I owned the car. So if I'm buying new, I'm not having the "detailers" at the dealership touch them!

Probably overkill to most, but for some reason it drives me crazy the lack of expertise/care involved sometimes. The car should be in equal or greater condition than it left the factory...not worse.

And of course I didn't want some young kid driving it to get fuel, abusing my baby, scraping my front end, etc...
I feel the same way. I hate to say this but at the dealer I purchased mine at there is an employee I used to work with. This employee does the PDI’s on the new vehicles. He’s a nice guy. But when I worked with the guy I witnessed some truly epic **** ups. I discreetly told the salesperson I did not want him or anyone for that matter touching the car. If anyone has to.......one guy there I can trust. But I plan to be there when it arrives.

I also paid for a paint protection package, that after further investigation, was a bad move on my part after I read some bad reviews after the fact.

Your car looks awesome!!! If you find there is stuff you are missing from the PDI like rear mats or manual sleeve, keep us updated. I myself would like to know in case I am missing stuff that I didn’t realize I should be getting.

Did you check to see if they removed the spring shipper inserts?

Never mind see above- no spacers

At least mine did not come with a cover for the manuals..it was a ziplock baggie, no expense spared there! $70k car, a baggie for the books.

And I also got the deluxe mats...which were nothing to write home about. And again no rear mats were included

Looks like they got the correct rocker pieces on yours. Mine came gloss.

Hope to see you around town.

I cannot for the life of me understand why Chevrolet ships these cars exposed to the outside and uncovered. I also asked the dealer to not touch my car, and when I saw it, I could not believe the condition it was in. Looked like it was in a tornado. Totally covered in dust and grime, even under the hood.

They make a brand new expensive high performance car, then leave it outside for 3 weeks for shipping. My car needed serious paint correction before I had PPF applied.

It's really inexcusable.

Awesome car congrats!

I dont have mats on my window sticker so received the standard cheap ones for the front and no rears. You should have the upgraded mats if listed on sticker. I didn’t have the dealer prep either and had some items in the truck. If no mats there you may need to reach out to the dealer. Have fun being easy during the 1500 mile break in.

Yeah, I'm sure we'll bump into each other at a meet somewhere! I've seen your ride on a lot of videos, LOVE the color and would like to talk to you about your exhaust someday.
