XM Radio ad on the DIC upon startup
I’ve got a 2017 2SS Convertible that every time I start it I get the an ad that pops up “Tune to SiriusXM radio channel 1 to subscribe” it gives you the option of tune to/dismiss. I have to click dismiss twice to make it go,away. Frustrating, especially because I subscribe already! Anyone else have this problem?

I believe your car's radio is in "demonstration" mode. Try the steps in the thread below to see if this resolves the issue for you.

Thank you for the link. The dealership scratched their heads said the guy that might know how to fix it was on vacation.....will have to leave it with them until they figure it out!
