Will these wheels/tires fit?

In need of someone with more knowledge of wheels and tires than I have.

Someone is selling what they believe to be 4th gen Camaro wheels with Hoosier slicks on them. The tires are 275/35r17. 5x4.75 for the wheel. He says the backspace looks to be 7”, and measures 24 3/4” from the bottom to top of the wheel (sounds like its a 25 inch tire?).

My car is the 18 2SS. All tires and wheels are the same size.
