Hope you found the gremlin. Doesnt hurt to swap plugs and wires at your mileage, especially when you beat on it a bit

Plugs and wires didn't solve anything still no engine light but barely runs at idle

I did a short data log of the idle is there anything I can look for to help me figure out what's going on

Ok I decided to try a few things before I tore into the motor. Pulled the intake tube off and looked at the throttle body. Pulled the maf it looked fine. Started the car to check the coils and noticed the idle had smoothed out. Took it for a 5 mile drive and if was like nothing happened. I really don't know what happen or why but on keeping my fingers crossed will baby it for a while. Thanks to everyone who responded and sorry for the drama but I was freaking out.

Even a small leak at especially the MAF with its seal on a aftermarket CAI or a loose connection on the air tube and you will get a stumble.... Just a couple thoughts.
